Shifts Available: Turnover Mon – Thurs 7:00am to 6:30pm Maintenance Mon – Thurs 7:00am to 6:30pm Tues – Friday 7:00am to 6:30pm Required - Ability to work with limited supervision. - Valid driver’s license with clean MVR. - Steady work history. - Must have own tools. (Offer a tool purchase assistance plan after probationary period) Preferred - 5 Years’ experience in construction, maintenance, remodeling, or apartment turnovers.
