Horse boarding available in archer Florida. The farm is located right on the verge of Gainesville and Archer. 6 miles from i75. The farm is on 25 acres, with a large jumping and riding ring, grass ring, massive round pen, wash racks, tack room, tiny house, full bathroom, fans in stalls, salt blocks in pastures, full staff, trainer and owner on site. 100s of miles of sugar sand trails right outside the farm fence. Fly predators laid twice a month to keep the flys away, Fly masks, fly sheet, and fly spray applied to horses when in stall or going out. -only 3 pastures available for pasture board, all freshly seeded and ready to have some horses on them. Hay can be provided, or you can provide hay yourself depending on preference of hay. -Only three stalls Available. The first stall is 11x12ft and inside the barn, second stall is 15x12ft inside the barn as well the last stall available is 12x12ft with a 18x12 foot run out. 4 pastures to choose from, when you are wanting to choose which pasture your horse is turned out in during AM/PM. Each pasture has a 1000lb O&A or alfalfa Larsens block, or 800lb Tifton round bale in it all times. We feed Nutrena pro force fuel and hay provided in stall is O&A in a hay bag. Very well maintained farm, we are a close family here. Stalls won’t last long so come on out and check it out for yourself! All three stalls are priced differently. Full board is available for each one or you can just rent stall and provide your own hay and grain. *Pricing for stalls- -Full board for 15x12ft stall in barn is 475$ a month. If you are wanting to rent out stall with you providing grain and hay board is 350$ -Full board 12x12ft with a 18x12 foot run out is 550$ a month. If you are wanting to rent out stall with you providing grain and hay board is 450$ -Full board for 11x12ft stall In barn is 425$ a month. If you wanting want rent out stall with you providing grain and hay board is 325$. A lot of options for you to choose from won’t last long! Pricing for pasture board- Pasture board is starting at 225$ (you providing your own hay and grain) If full pasture board the prices start at 300 (we provide hay and grain) and go up depending on what hay you’re prefer your baby to eat. *But We can accommodate anything you would like.* This facility is really a must see.
