Residential property management company seeking maintenance tech position. General knowledge of assorted home repair items is required. Previous apartment maintenance experience or house maintenance is preferred. You will not be doing anything that requires a permit or license. Power tools can be provided if needed. This is not back-braking work and some days there may not be much to do and others may have several work orders to complete. Vacancies that require painting, punch items, and/or cleaning are included in work functions.
Work Week: Monday / Tuesday / Wednesday/ Thursday 10:00 am - 5:30 pm finish time each day. Some days will be sooner and some a tad bit later. Usually always done between 5pm and 6pm each day.
Company Vehicle Provided if you have a clean driving record. Vehicle mileage is tracked and non-responsible use will result in termination. If you use your personal vehicle, mileage can be paid but it will not be more than the true cost of travel.
Criminal background check required.
We currently manage around 75 units. Our office is located across from the Galleria Shopping Center.
