**PLEASE READ EVERYTHING BEFORE REACHING OUT** I work with a large property management company in the Ocala, Fl area and am looking for a general handyman. Getting business can be harder than the job itself. We send you jobs and you get to focus your time on using your skills to make money. My reliable & organized handymen make thousands of dollars and often can rely on the business I provide without searching for outside business. Common repairs we have: Paint, patching holes, trashouts, cleanings, doorknob repair, lock changes, 1 time lawn cuts, blind replacements, ceiling fan replacements, smoke detector replacement, pressure washing, unclogging tubs/ toilets, screen repair, drywall repair, mailbox installation, etc. Requirements: Must take before and after photo(s) of each item you repair and either text or email them. Must be able to get to the property within 2-4 days. Must be insured. Must be reliable & organized. Also must be able to email and/or text pictures & invoices. How it works: I send you a job description, amount I’m offering for the job, and information on accessing the property. You have 1 day to go by the property to see if you will accept the job or counter offer for a different amount. After approval, you can begin the job. Target completion date is typically 3-7 days. For larger jobs, 5-14+ days, depending on workload. After completion, send before and afters to us along with your invoice. If photos are sufficient, we will process payment. **See pictures for an example of before and after photos. It shows the item from the same angle. Pros of working with us: You will mostly be working at vacant properties. No scheduling with the tenant or owner. Go when you are able to within the due date. Nobody will be standing over your shoulder as you work. You can accept or decline a job offer without bidding. You won’t have to compete with other vendors to have the lowest price. You can accept a job and start immediately on your schedule (as long as completion is before the due date). Reduce your time in marketing and sales. You receive the jobs directly without searching for them. The more organized and reliable you are, the better jobs you’ll receive. You don’t have to know everything or have every skill. If you know how to paint and replace baseboard, but don’t know how to replace soffit, that’s okay. You can communicate with me and we won’t send jobs with items that aren’t in your wheelhouse. Payment: Industry-standard is typically within 30 days. With us, you will receive payment typically within 14 days. Oftentimes even less. Interested? Email Drew with your questions.
