Adecco is currently assisting a local client, recruiting for a Warehouse associate with Forklift experience in Long Island City, Queens. Please review the requirements below and apply if you feel you fit the description. This is a temp or temp-perm opportunity for first shift. The hours are 8-5pm Monday - Friday Essential responsibilities: • Tracking orders on computer system • Assisting in shipping/receiving • Helping customers with order pick up • Maintaining a safe and clean work area • Loading, unloading, shipping and receiving warehouse items. • Transporting materials within the facility with sit-down forklift. • Optimizing loads to ensure operational efficiency. Qualifications: • Basic Computer skills • Must be an organized individual • Team player with good communication skills • Forklift experience • Work under deadlines
