Hello, We are a new moving company located in the New York area and we are looking for movers to come and work with us. What separates our company from larger companies and other competitors is our approach to the business. Many companies see movers as replaceable and focus entirely on customer's experience. While the customer's experience is crucial to a successful business, we recognize this experience begins with our movers. Our main expectation from anyone interested in working with us is consistency. Anyone can apply to be a mover with us even with no experience in the industry and we will do all we can to provide you jobs and allow you to start earning money. With enough experience you can start as a foreman or driver and earn even more on jobs that we put you on, however, someone without experience will be trained on the job by an experienced worker in order to allow them to move up to higher positions and earn more over time. We also attempt to bring as much transparency with our workers as possible. We want to hire movers and keep them for as long as possible. Once approved you will only need to check in with which days you are available to work each week and we will provide you as many jobs as possible and give you the information of when and where you will be working that week, we will also inform you how much money you will make (before tips) before the job begins. Job Breakdowns: Fillers - People with little/no experience in moving. Jobs will be given as they are available (most days fillers want to work they get jobs, but without guarantees.) MINIMUM AVERAGE COMMISSION PER DAY $65 (typically another $65 in tips). Movers - People who have some experience in moving or who have worked with us for several jobs who are approved by our quality control manager. They tell us what days they are available and will be guaranteed jobs weekly. MINIMUM AVERAGE COMMISSION PER DAY $70 (typically another $70 in tips). Drivers - A qualified mover who has a standard license and has been approved to drive trucks. MINIMUM AVERAGE COMMISSION PER DAY $120 (typically another $120 in tips). Foremen - A person with a lot of experience in moving who has worked several jobs with us and who has been approved by our quality control manager. MINIMUM AVERAGE COMMISSION PER DAY $120 (typically another $120 in tips). Foremen/Driver - Foremen can also be drivers to make even more money.
