Eco friendly moving bins rental company seeking delivery driver/rental equipment cleaning person. Ideally, you have moving experience. Approximately 35-40 hrs per week.
Schedule and Pay:
Saturday and 4 other weekdays. Usually starting 6:30am-7am and finishing around 3pm. In addition to your regular pay of $20-$22, you will also receive $10 per stop that requires carrying stuff up up flights of stairs.
Approximately 1/2 of the time will be cleaning equipment. Some days maybe only equipment cleaning, some days only deliveries/pickups and some days are a mix of both.
Responsibilities:
Deliver empty moving bins and other supplies to mostly residential customers in Brooklyn, Queens and Manhattan.
Load and unload 12ft box truck or van
Clean rental equipment (vacuum and sanitize)
Skills:
Ability to work alone with minimum supervision.
Minimum 1 year of van/truck driving experience within NYC
Valid driver’s license. CDL not required.
Clean driving record
Happy person with excellent customer service skills. You will be interacting with customers.
Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs up and down stairs.
Moving experience a plus.
