New forming Hip Hop (Boom Bap) band looking for a Jazz RnB Hip Hop Bass player. We are: Jazz R&B Guitar Violin Drummer —heavy triggering samples— 2 Rappers RnB Soul Singer. We just need you on Bass. Our influences are: J Dilla, Miles, Mongo Santa Maria, The Roots, Bahamadia, Robert Glasper, Hiatus Kaiyote, J Cole, Lupe etc You can either become a for hire musician or a band member. We pay NYC rate or more. Sme Bass players we love: Anthony Jackson, Laura Lee, Thundercat, Leonard Hub Hubbard, Derrick Hodge, Mononeon, Jaco. The band sound can be both minimal or complex.
