We’ll discuss who our ancestors are (including how to begin ancestral research and reclamation), why we might want to invite them into our everyday lives, how to create or carve out spaces within which to honor them, and other ways we can grow our connection to the people, places, and activities that make up who we are.
Bring a blanket, towel, or exercise mat or something else to comfortably sit on. You may also want to bring a notebook and writing instrument.
