Kris Jensen Jazz All Stars performing at the Torrington Historical Society with vocalist Linda Ransom Kris Jensen Jazz All Stars featuring Linda Ransom (vocalist), Kris Jensen (saxaphone), Doug Schlink (piano), Stephen Porter (bass), and Jocelyn Pleasant (drums) Renowned Torrington saxophonist Kris Jensen will present an evening of music drawing from the great American songbook in a program ranging from swing standards to blues, soul and pop classics. Bring your own lawn chairs, blankets and refreshments. Rain Date: Friday August 20th The Torrington Historical Society is a 501(c)(3) organization which offers exhibits, tours, educational programs and historical research for people of all ages. The Society operates the Hotchkiss-Fyler House Museum, the Torrington History Museum and the John H. Thompson Research Library and Archives. The Society’s mission is to build a sense of community and a foundation for the future through the preservation and understanding of our shared past.
