Yard Sale - BUY or SELL at All Souls Church of Braintree, Sunday, August 22, 8 am to 1 pm. Sellers $25 a space, $35 with table and chair Braintree Community Yard Sale at All Souls Church Lawn, 196 Elm street, corner of Church and Elm Streets, Braintree - Sunday, August 22, 8 am to 1 pm. SELLERS - Rent a 10x10 space for $25, rent a space with one of our banquet size tables and a chair for $35. Family friendly items, please. Because of CDC recommendations, the yard sale will be an outside event. Rain date is Sunday, August 29. BUYERS - Free Admission. No early birds, please. We are so happy to be returning to this outdoor annual event. Setup is at 7 am. All items not sold must be removed and taken home by sellers. Any money earned from sales belongs to the sellers. This is a much-needed fundraiser for All Souls Church of Braintree. There is a small processing fee charged by Eventbrite. All reservations must be paid for in advance of yard sale. Questions?
