We have limited seating for this event.  Please see below for the full details of the event.  Sincerely, The 504ward Team FORMAT FOR THE EVENING: 6:00pm Cocktails, 7:00pm Dinner begins. Cocktail time will be a time of mixing and mingling. This is a great opportunity to chat with new people and introduce yourself to our wonderful Connectors. You will draw an assigned seat # out of a hat. This number will be your seat assignment for brunch. Don't forget to bring some business cards, so you can follow up with people you meet at the event! MENU: Salads (choice of one)- Mixed Green Salad w/ seasonal vegetables, grana padano and white wine vinaigrette - Caesar Salad w/ housemade dressing, croutons & fried capers - Cornbread Panzanella Salad w/ arugula, pickled sweet peppers, cucumber, tomato and red wine vinaigrette - Marinated Seasonal Vegetable Salad w/ creamy tarragon dressing, frisee & sunflower panna grata Entrees (choice of one)- Braised Beef Short Rib w/ slow cooked greens, applewood smoked bacon and stone ground grits - Braised Pork Shank w/ cannellini beans, mustard greens, baby carrots and natural jus - Free Range Airline Chicken Breast w/ cornbread panzanella, pickled sweet peppers, cucumbers, tomato (panzanella can also be served with optional proteins, ex.- grilled hanger steak, grilled gulf shrimp, pan seared gulf fish) - Pan Seared Gulf Fish w/ peperonata, castelvetrano olives & basil pesto - Rigatoni Pasta w/ braised greens, san marzano tomatoes, chili and crispy ham - Macaroni and Cheese w/ grana padano, sweet peas and buttery bread crumbs (vegetarian) - Bucatini Pasta w/ tomatoes, roasted garlic, basil & parmesan cheese (vegetarian) Dessert Cocktail 504ward is a nonprofit initiative with a mission to attract and retain young professionals talent in the Greater New Orleans region.
