Bring your mat, water and blocks if you have them. ❤️🤍💙 This is a Red, White and Flow class. To celebrate the 4th of July come celebrate with us wearing your favorite patriotic gear. Meet Our Yoga Teacher: Carol Germano is a Brazilian artist and a yoga teacher who is a fellow resident at the Harlow! Carol has advanced teaching in restorative yoga. When Carol is not on the mat she enjoys listening to blues and jazz, hiking, dancing, eating pizza (balance is everything, right?) and spending time relaxing with her family.
