Bring your mat, water and blocks if you have them. The class will be held in the courtyard of the plaza , look for the YogaSix Tent! Carol is originally from Brazil and loves living in Houston. She has advanced training in restorative yoga and also enjoys teaching all formats of Y6 classes. When Carol is not on the mat she enjoys listening to blues and jazz, hiking, dancing, eating pizza (balance is everything, right?) and spending time relaxing with her family.
