Grand Slam Delivery Inc, an Independent Service Provider for FedEx, is now looking for talented drivers to join our team in our S Houston and Missouri City locations. Our company is experiencing massive growth in the delivery industry; we offer competitive wages with room for growth and advancement. So whether you are a seasoned driver or someone who is just entering the logistics industry, we may have an opportunity just for you. What our drivers can expect from us: 1. Compensation: 17.50-21.00 per hour, based on experience, after training 2. Average of 8 hours per day. 3. Paid training ($120 per day for up to 2 weeks). 4. Safety bonuses paid biannually; based on customer service and safety. 5. Paid vacations: One week after one year and two weeks after three years. 6. Medical insurance available after 90 day probation period. 7. Uniforms provided. 8. 7 day a week operations; drivers get 2 days off per week, working weekends is required, opportunities for a 6th day. 9. Trucks for routes are provided; Sprinters, Transits, P700 Step vans are assigned based on experience and route. What we expect from our drivers: 1. Our drivers should arrive on time, in uniform as provided, ready to work; attendance is crucial. 2. Stay focused on customer service, integrity, and safety. 3. Teamwork! Requirements: 1. 21 years of age. 2. Valid drivers license (CDL not required) 3. No experience required but one year driving experience in the last three years is a plus. 4.
