Yoga on the beach is refreshing, rejuvenating and revitalizing to the mind, body and spirit. Come enjoy 60 minutes of Hatha Yoga Flow, African drumming, Singing Bowl Meditation, Community, Food and Fun! Please Bring Your own food and you may stay or leave at your will. 🚘This will be a Caravan to Galveston Beach. We will meet up at Emancipation Park at 7:00 AM and departure by 7:30 AM.
