Fundraiser Celebrating Diversity in Yoga - Filmed Hatha yoga class for CBS productions to celebrate inclusivity & community in yoga. We are highlighting diversity in yoga - we would love to highlight and celebrate you! Come practice with us, connect, and get filmed. Donation / Fundraiser for COVID AID INDIA peace, build community and foster connection. Join in a practice for care and collective spirit of solidarity. This is Susanna’s Welcome home class to connect, practice for peace, celebrate our community and build solidarity. Bring a mat and water. This class will be filmed. Expect a mixed-level Hatha yoga class. Please wear a mask if you are not vaccinated. After class we will have a chance to connect and there will be a book sale and signing of my book Embrace Yoga’s Roots. We can’t wait to see you and practice together. Space is limited. She is the founder of Ignite Yoga and Wellness Institute and runs 200/500 Yoga Teacher Training programs. She has a Masters in Education, is an E-RYT 500, Certified Yoga Therapist with International Association of Yoga Therapists (C-IAYT).
