Description

Shake the sleep out of those eyes and meet us for an outside workout. Let's start this week with a grueling routine and set the tone right! Member's are advised to arrive 10 minutes early to wait in line and get escorted to their training spot. This event will be held behind the building in a predesignated training area; it is recommended that you bring comfortable shoes, water, a snack and a matt/towel for floorwork.
