Comprehensive Women's Self Defense class with strength training, Yoga warmup and cool down. Personal training available after free class.
After a Yoga warmup, I will introduce you to some of the fundamentals of Women's Self Defense. Each class member (a maximum of 4) will be given the chance to ask how to defend against a certain scenario. We will then create a cardio kickboxing circuit that works on self defense strikes and gets our heart rates up. Then we will cool down with Yoga and meditation.
This class is a preview of what Personal Training with me can be like. The kind of personal training I can offer draws on many disciplines such as: Tae Kwon Do, Shaolin Kung Fu, Kickboxing, Ashtanga Yoga, Yoga Nidra, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, etc. Training sessions are sure to be lively, informative, and practical to meet a wide variety of needs.
