Yoga & Brunch in The Loft Hatha Yoga is a great practice for beginners and long time yogis alike. Each class will contain the opportunity to explore the breath for centering, yoga poses for balance, flexibility, strength, and quiet time to let it all seep in. A complete practice to help you feel calm, refreshed and content. ***please bring your own mat, limited supply of rental mats available upon request sent to [email protected]*** Follow up your practice with an in-house catered brunch! After the one hour yoga lesson will be a sweet and savory brunch that includes a bagel station, yogurt parfaits, fresh salad, and a Hermit Woods mimosa (one mimosa per ticket)! Any participants with dietary restrictions can email [email protected] to request alternative options. Additionally, any participants under the age of 21 can request a non-alcoholic beverage option. These requests must be made 48 hours prior to the event. Founded in 2011, Hermit Woods is a small boutique winery producing fruit wine, meads, and ciders. Our wines and ciders are local (as much as possible), vegan (except the honey wines), gluten-free, raw, and made from non-certified but mostly organic fruit. We always use whole fruit and gentle hand processing. Our wines, meads, and ciders are styled after classic dry European grape wines. Hermit Woods sees over 8,000 visitors in their tasting room every year, and its wines are available throughout New Hampshire and direct to consumer in 37 states.
