We are excited to welcome you to our annual Back-to-School Backpack giveaway for kids ages 5-15. Register now! Come early! There will be free backpacks for kids 5-15, free food for everyone, games and surprises. We thank our generous sponsors: Chick-fil-a and Just Kids. Encounter Church is a dynamic church located in San Leandro, CA. Our beliefs are based on the Bible and centered on Jesus Christ. Our mission is very simple: to lead people to "taste and see the flavors and colors of God." That means we’re not about a building or some complicated religious system, but about helping people from all backgrounds discover the joy that comes from knowing and serving Jesus Christ. We invite you to come and check us out this weekend at our 11:00am worship service.
