Join us on a self healing journey as we partake in delicious cacao and honor the divine feminine in each of us. Please join our community and Sara Garcia, self healer, light worker and owner of the magical space Naturel Holistic Healing and Beauty, as she guides you through a cacao cermony on this New Moon in Cancer. Cacao is so much more than pure chocolate. It is the ultimate heart chakra-opener and the nutrients in it activate things in our brain that can connect you to your higher self, awakening motivation and bringing about clarity. Cacao ceremonies are nothing scary or weird. They have their roots in ancient latin cultures such as those from Belize, Tanzania and even Guatamala. Like other moon ceremonies held here there will be some music, movement, energy healing, intention setting and journaling, the ideal environment after consuming cacao to ensure you get the most from your moments of elevation. Cacao does not get you high or stimulate you too much. It can be consumed any time of day and has been known, when drank in the evening, to be linked to lucid dreaming, one more way for your soul to speak to you. Sara began using Cacao daily as a coffee replacement as it can assist you in increasing energy and motivation without overstimulating and triggering anxiety. It's simultaneously a relaxant that can assist you when you are needing rest or to help mellow you out prior to meditation. It's an ancient plant that truly listens to your intention for it and responds with what your higher self believes you need from it. Our goal for this ceremony is to bring together those in the community who want to heal and tune into their higher self. We hope for those joining us to have clarity on their month ahead, as we set intentions from a place of our higher self. The New moon is a time for setting intentions, and the new moon in cancer is especially effective for comitting to personal goals that honor our family life and domestic affairs, and goals that build up your feelings of security and safety.
