Pizza baking in your cast iron skillet! Making your own pizza at home can be a fun evening in for the entire family! In this hands on class you will learn how make fresh pizza dough and create a delicious pizza in your cast iron skillet! A nice mixed green salad with house made Olivelle Dressing will also be served. Cost for this class is $55/person If you are signing up with more than 5 in your party please give us a call as we may be able to tailor more to your individual needs. No refunds or credits will be given if cancelled within 72 hours of event Please notify us if you have any allergies. Adjustments can not be made during class. Know we will be taking all precautions regarding COVID-19 during the classes. Kitchen is completely sanitized before each class. Hand washing stations are located throughout the kitchen. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to give us a call at 864-250-0091 What to Expect: In this class, Chef will walk you through the process of preparing the dough for your pizza. You will then create your own pizza using your cast iron skillet. This is a semi hands on class which means the Chef will have some of the meal prepared ahead of time due to time restraints. The remainder of the meal will be prepared in the class with the participation of the attendees if you wish to participate. Two glasses of wine will be served along with water. Additional wine or beer can be purchased at the bar downstairs. If you choose not to have wine please ask your host for another option. You will also receive 20% off your purchase the evening of the event.
