Ladies-Only Self Defense Class-July 18th from 1-4pm hosted by Lionheart MMA and Fitness Join us Sunday, July 18th from 1pm-4pm for a ladies-only self defense class. Girls as young as age 14 may attend the class with a female parent or legal guardian. Please be sure to wear comfortable clothing. The TWAW Summerville/Charleston SC Shooting Chapter is more than just shooting! We offer a variety of classes and educational events. Yes, we teach about firearms, but we also teach mindset, preparedness, empty-hand defense, less-than-lethal tools, situational awareness and other skills that help you be more prepared for whatever life throws at you.
