Chris Hinshaw is coming back to CrossFit Blade in Phoenix, ArizonaThe Aerobic Capacity Course is an approved CrossFit® Preferred Course. This innovative course is ideally suited for all coaches and athletes looking to improve their muscular stamina and cardiovascular "engine". Join Coach Chris Hinshaw as he details his proven training methodologies to build work capacity and maximize athletic performance. LANGUAGE: The Course will be held in English LEARNING OBJECTIVES Fatigue and athletic limitationsAerobic and anaerobic energy systemsBuild work capacity in all functional movements (e.g., weightlifting, gymnastics).Programming methodology, design, and purposeCore workout qualities to maximize fitnessMuscle fiber assessment and developmentAerobic threshold, lactate threshold, and VO2 max trainingAthlete assessmentPREREQUISITES: None CERTIFICATES: Provided to each participant at completion of course. As an athlete, Hinshaw is a 10x Ironman competitor with a 1st place finish at Ironman Brazil plus 7 finishes in Kona. In addition, he's a 10+ year CrossFit athlete and currently trains at CrossFit Mayhem in Cookeville, TN. As a coach, Hinshaw has successfully coached 30 CrossFit® Games champions and his athletes have filled more than 42 podium spots since 2013.
