These positions will be with a small, family owned business on a team of landscape and nursery professionals with a wonderful reputation in Marin County. Landscape Position: We build beautiful and unique landscapes for homes and businesses using only California Native Plants. Our landscapes are designed to help the environment around us thrive. Through thoughtful planting of drought tolerant plants, keeping pollinators in mind and using only organic products, our team produces creative and distinct landscapes. We are seeking landscape professionals/aspiring landscape professionals who are looking for a long term position. Someone with a basic skill set, a clean DMV record, who enjoys working outside and works well with a partner/on a team. Experience in the trade is a plus, pay rate will be negotiated based on level of experience. Full and part-time positions available. Nursery Position: The other piece of our business is a California Native Plant Nursery in Mill Valley; which is artfully curated with plants, organic garden supplies, tools, yard art, books, and crystals & minerals- all in a gorgeous outdoor setting. This position will be working with a partner/partners in a retail setting. Our nursery has an amazing reputation in the community and supplies Marin County with countless California Native Plants and organic products. We are seeking nursery professionals/aspiring nursery professionals who are looking for a long term position. Someone with a positive and friendly personality who enjoys working outside, works well with a partner/on a team, and has great customer service skills. Knowledge of native plants is a plus, but not a requirement. Pay rate will be negotiated based on level of experience. Full and part-time positions available.
