Description

FREE TO GOOD HOME ALL SUPPLIES INCLUDED! Two cat male brothers (must go as a pair), 7years old, vaccinated, neutered, microchipped. VERY gentle and affectionate. Located in Rohnert Park but I'll drive to you or meet you half way! Read on for more details! Algie and Ernest are two of the most gentle, affectionate, trusting, and loving cats you will ever meet! Ernest loves playing fetch, giving head-buts, and sitting on peoples' shoulders. Algie loves burrowing under blankets, fishing for belly rubs by rolling over at your feet, and being held like a baby. I have always been very gentle with them, never rough-housing them or using my hand to play with them so they LOVE humans! Because of this they have never bit or surprise-attacked anyone like some cats do. They're indoor mostly but get to explore the fenced in back yard a few times a week. Very terrirotial so they don't do well with other cats. However, dogs are fine. They'll tolerate and even play with dogs. I had a dog for a year and they would all chase each other and Algie would even wrestle occasionally. They haven't been around many children but I'm sure they'd be fine given how trusting and habituated to humans they are. They were born in May 2014 and have been neutered and micro-chipped. Their last vet visit was June 7th and the vet said they looked great, healthy weight and all that. During that visit they recieved a FVRCP-C vaccine (feline Leukemia). Their rabies vaccine expires June 2023. INCLUDED: 3 litter boxes, a Cat Genie litter pale, a cat tree, 3 scratching posts, 2 travel carriers, a cat grass (wheatgrass) planter specifically for cats, 2 food bowls, 1 water dish, toys, food, cat litter, hair brushes, cat nip, nail clippers, and 2 leashes and harnesses. Appearance: Algie is gray and white with tabby stripes; green eyes. Ernest is mocha color and cream with brown ears; blue eyes. They look similar but an easy way to tell them apart is their noses - Ernest has a white nose whereas Algie's is gray. Also, Algie is short or Algernon. They were named after characters in the Oscar Wilde play "The Importance of Being Ernest." It was made into a delightful movie. :) I just want them to go to a good and loving home. People who will treat them gently and give them lots of affection. I love them dearly but I can't keep them (moving and cost). I'll be interviewing potential owners to ensure they go to a good home. Please don't hesitate to reach out with questions or to schedule a virtual / in person meeting! :)
