I am offering a free hour-long session, to help you get through some of these hard and sad feelings that you're experiencing, so you can get back to feeling good again!
I use an NLP Somatics-Embodied approach to coaching. By passing the consciousness & works on the subconscious! to do the change work. Where I help you get into your body with simple exercise I will guide you to feel your feelings, to be more connected with yourself within your body. Using our Relationship Lab, where we build a foundation of trust for deep healing to occur. We will practice in each session, exercises to bring your authentic self out, heal core wounds, transform your intimacy levels, by creating healthy boundaries, so you can feel safe, seen, and heard. Get you back to feeling good again!
