We have 2 positions available and are seeking qualified candidates with experience. Jobs are located north of Seattle to Arlington area. ~~DECK BUILDER: We build decks for major home builders as well as residential customers. We are looking for someone who has been a framer or has framing experience. We will train to install any specialty decking such as Trex. -Must have a reliable vehicle -Must have a valid drivers license and verifiable references -Must have standard tools to do the job -Must be self-motivated as you may work alone and at a consistent pace to meet deadlines -Must be able to build the decks according to plans and have an eye for detail -Must be reliable, on time and respectful to other crew members, superintendents and home owners *PLEASE NO SUBCONTRACTORS, we are looking for full time employees ~~HOME DETAILER: Looking for someone with carpentry and drywall background to complete punch lists prepared by the superintendent doing final repairs and touch-ups for the sale of the home. -Carpentry and Drywall background -Must be a self starter and be able to work and complete tasks without supervision -Must be reliable, on time and respectful to superintendents, other subcontractors and homeowners -Must have a valid drivers license, reliable transportation and verifiable references -Must have necessary tools to perform the tasks assigned, basic hand tools, drill, 4-6 foot ladder -Must have skills in the following areas: Drywall repair Caulking Touch up painting Cabinet touch up Door adjustments Floor squeaks Carpentry Both positions Wages DOE Benefits package
