Description
I'm looking for new local students who are interested in drawing and composition basics! I have experience in both digital and traditional art, as well as two years of Animation study at the sadly expired Art Institute of Seattle, where I came away with a 3.4 gpa. I'd like to help you feel more comfortable and confident in your visual art, even if you "can't draw"! I enjoy figuring out unique learning styles, and adapting to what you need, rather than parroting someone else's curriculum on how things "should" be done. I'm here for you, not just a checklist. I've been fully vaccinated and wear my mask in indoor public places. I can meet you in an appropriate public place such as the Kirkland public library, or a park you suggest when the weather is good. I can also meet in your home as long as we can discuss details first, for both our comfort levels. I'm typically available every weekday until about 6:00PM, and some Saturdays in the early afternoon. rates: $30 per 30 minutes
$45 per 60 minutes
if where you'd like to meet has paid parking for less than an hour, please let me know.if you're interested in meeting up with me for a first lesson, please bring the medium you're interested in (I can give you specific recommendations), at least three examples of art you particularly like, and three goals to talk about!i am personally experienced in the following mediums and programs:KritaPhotoshopPencilsColored Pencils
