Really Active Shepherd Dog Needs Home

I'm helping a friend rehome their dog as their fence is too short for their property and they can't keep the dog contained. He's super friendly but extremely active. He also has a jumping on people problem. He's a big dog, maybe around 80-90 pounds. He gets along with other animals (cats, dogs of any size) but because he has so much energy he won't leave them alone, so it's best he go to a home without other house animals, or with another larger equally hyper animal. He is neutered. Not up to date on shots. Around 1-2 years old. He should calm down once he has more space to roam, but he will be more hyper than normal the first couple days of being in a new home. He's really a sweet dog that loves playing and belly rubs, but he needs the right home. You need to have a fenced in yard, he has too much energy to be in an apartment. Please text only.
