hi! I've been looking for a bird companion for a long time now, but I have things to do so maybe a bird that doesn't need more than 3 hours of attention a day and isn't super loud, I'm fine with noise other than screeching or screaming. Male is preffered, and less than 180$. Please help me find a friend! Thanks
