Press release from Kendall County Sheriff's Office: June 22, 2021 2021-1686, Domestic Battery: On 06-22-2021 at 8:53 a.m., sheriff's deputies responded to the 0-99 block of Ingleshire Road in Oswego Township for a report of a domestic battery. The investigation is ongoing. 2021-1686, Domestic Battery: 2021-1691, ID Theft: On 06-22-21 at 3:58 p.m., deputies responded to the 0-99 block of Afton Road in Oswego Township for a report of an identity theft. The investigation is ongoing. 2021-1692, Domestic Battery / Criminal Damage to Property: On 06-22-21 at 8:20 p.m., sheriff's deputies were dispatched to the 0-100 block of Circle Drive West, Oswego Township for a report of domestic battery. Xavier B. Botello, a 22-year-old male from 0-100 block of Circle Drive West, Oswego Township was taken into custody for domestic battery and criminal damage to property. Botello was transported to Kendall County Jail for processing. 2021-1694, Criminal Damage to Property: On 06-22-21 at 11:33 p.m., sheriff's deputies responded to the 0-99 block of Seneca Drive, Oswego Township for a report of a Criminal Damage to Property.
