Hi! My name is Nickel and I’m a 1.25 year old male Champagne D’Argent rabbit. I’ve been hanging out in an air conditioned barn living the cushy life mooching off my hooman family and looking cute begging for attention every time I get a visit. I’m bored though! Supposedly I was hired to be doing a job visiting some girl rabbits here but even though I’m a healthy, pedigreed adult the hoomans say I’m too small to visit the girls! No fun. So I just eat and play and get pettings. They also said they want my cage and gave me a notice of eviction recently. Psshhh. What nerve. Anyway, forget them, I think it’s time for me to blow this joint and try out a new lifestyle. From now on I would like to be an indoor hooman companion rabbit because my personality is just super sweet. I’m a very good boy. I’m potty trained to my litter box and never dump over my water or food like some of my other roommates. I’ve never been aggressive and I LOVE being pet. Scratches on my head are my favorite and love to eat all kinds of green treats from the garden and yard. I am very quiet and calm and really like hoomans of all ages but would prefer a family that has kids over the age of 4 or 5 that understand me and how gently we rabbits like to be pet. Imagine a cross between a lap dog and a litter box trained cat but so much softer and cuter than both of those, that’s me! #rabbitsrule My new hoomans need to be someone who is willing to pay me in quality hay, pellets, healthy green treats, and gentle attention. My own indoor room with a lock is best so I don’t wander around and accidentally nibble on the wrong things like cords. I’ll bring my litter box with me and a week or two supply of food. My body is not used to being exposed to high outdoor temperatures so I really need to be in an air conditioned situations. I’m pretty spoiled in my current barn. #blessed If someone was willing to take the time to train me I’m sure I could learn some tricks and house rules. I’m really smart. I’m just starting out in life and plan to live to the ripe old age of 8 or more if I can. I’m about the size of a small cat and won’t take up much room and I eat very little.
