I want to hire some one to install the white TPO rubber roof rolls I have to install over my current commercial roof. I need someone knowledgeable of installing such a roof. I don't need tear off, just covering the excising roof. Also the other part of the roof I have the white roof water proof paint for sitting water to apply. The bottom part of the roof is 40 feet X 40 feet and the top about 40 feet X 40 feet also. send a message if you could help me and how much you can do it for, Just need a knowledgeable roofer and not some top notch roof company that wants my first born college fund. I need it pressure washed also before applying the roof.
