Press release from the Atlanta Police Department: 06/27/2021   On Sunday June 27, 2021, at around 2:00am officers responded to Silver Ultra Lounge at 2040 Sylvan Rd SW on a report of a person shot. Preliminary investigation found that the suspect had been employed as a DJ at the nightclub when a dispute arose. The manager asked the suspect to leave and at some point, the suspect fired several shots at the floor. One adult female was hit by a ricochet and was taken to the hospital in stable condition. The suspect fled on foot and officers located him at a gas station at 3040 Sylvan Rd.  Later two other adult males were located at an area hospital who reported they had also been shot in the incident and were in stable condition.   The suspect was identified as Byron Xavier Alexander , age 25. Alexander was arrested and charged with  Aggravated Assault, Reckless Conduct, and Criminal Trespass and is currently in the Fulton County Jail.   Please keep in mind that this is preliminary information and may change.
