Very busy GC with lots of work, looking for a few hard workers interested in a full time position, no sub contractors, only hourly employees. I do new builds and remodels, so I can use people with most types of building experience. Painting, framing, drywall, carpentry, flooring, tile, concrete and roofing are all useful trades to know, but we do just about everything so the list goes on, and training can be provided to those with less experience. Pay starts at $15-20 per hour depending on your productivity, and up to $30/hr once you learn the ropes and become a lead. Overtime pay available when working more than 40 hours. I work 65-70 hours per week, and it's not a requirement, but you could too if you can stay productive when on the clock. With overtime, that can easily exceed $100K per year for those who are dedicated, and you'll never have to look for jobs, carry insurance, or do a bid ever again. Just show up to work everyday and focus on being productive! Job sites vary all around the Colorado Springs Metro area, so reliable transportation is a must! The position starts ASAP.
