For my class project this week, I need to interview either a "tender" of flower of the Manager of the retail operation. Here are the questions I will ask - What was most enjoyable about working at a dispensary? What improvements could be made? What is the difference between helping new patients vs. experienced cannabis users? How many employees do they have and what are each of their roles? What were the onboarding training and ongoing training like? Your help will be greatly appreciated.
