Seeking talented drummer with electronic kit

We are looking for a drummer with ability and commitment to using an electronic kit. We are a cover band doing a wide variety of songs. Our venues want to hear great music, just not at the decibel levels required to overcome an acoustic drum set. We use a silent stage approach, no amps playing, into the mixer, out to (in-ear) monitors and the mains. We like to have fun, learn new songs, have a few beers, but are serious about the sound and expect to gig with our new drummer, so we're looking for someone with some experience, ability to anchor the band, and utilize e-kit features. We are all 55+, have gigged previously, practice weekly in Londonderry, NH and have a practice kit available.
