I'm planning on starting a dog walking business this October and am looking for private land to walk dogs off leash for a couple of hours in the morning. I have worked with dogs professionally for over 10 years and just completed a six week course on running my own dog hiking business. I am looking for a place that: - is around 30 or more acres - wooded or partially wooded - has access to water such as stream, river, or pond for the dogs to drink and cool off - has off road parking area for safety - half an hour or less from Richmond VT I will pick up after the dogs and keep the areas we use clean and maintained. Dogs will be managed and trained to have good recall and off leash manners. My business will be licensed and insured. Definitely happy to negotiate a fee in exchange for use of land.
