Haugen Advertising & Graphics, LLC. is looking for a motivated individual to laminate large printed graphics that are applied to Buses, Semi Trailers, Trains, Vehicles, Walls, and Much More! You would be responsible for loading/unloading and operating a large laminator that applies a self adhesive plastic film to the face of printed graphics. No experience required. Training would be provided. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. ● Communicating with printer operators on work heading out to finishing end of the department. ● Prioritizing work that has to ship out the door. ● Loading the machine making sure everything is lined up and running straight, pressure and tensions are all within film specifications. ● Help cut out printed products using a straight edge and utility knife, labels panels for installers to match up, when needed. ● Rolls up and packages finished product preparing to be shipped. ● Takes out garbage during and at the end of every shift in the finishing area. ● Keeping Laminating area clean maintaining a safe work area. REQUIREMENTS: Positive Attitude. Must have an eye for detail and good hand eye coordination. Must be mechanically inclined, with good communication, and mathematical skills. Ability to work both independently and with a team. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. High level of organization. Continuous bending, lifting, and pulling. Ability to work between multiple tasks at a time. Graveyard and Day Shifts available: Graveyard hours are from 10:00 pm to 6:30am, Sunday through Thursday. Day Shift hours are from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm Monday through Friday. Must be open to overtime and weekends when needed. We offer competitive wages and vacation after the first year.
