Good Earth Recycling is seeking a self-managing candidate to help make a positive impact through Recycling in Lubbock. Good Earth Recycling is a local curbside recycling service focused on innovative environmental solutions in Lubbock. We are seeking a recycling driver for local collections and regional recycling deliveries. Several tasks you can set your own hours. Weekends and holidays off. Flexibility with scheduling, vacations and time off. Your position will be to run small local collection routes using your vehicle and a company provided trailer. You will also load recycling into our transport trailer and make deliveries once a week to DFW in a company provided vehicle. This is a very physical position and will take place in multiple locations. Position Responsibilities: 28 foot cargo trailer loading and unloading. Complete deliveries using company truck and 28 foot cargo trailer to and from DFW area. Running small local recycling pickup routes with personal Truck or SUV. Maintain company work vehicle by completing preventive maintenance requirements and arranging for repairs. Cleaning and organizing the recycling holding facility.
 Organizing recycling material and per-sorting. Position Requirements: Desired candidates will have skills with organization, self-management, time management, planning, dependability, and attention to detail. This position requires physical labor and you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the day. Candidate must have a personal vehicle capable of towing a small trailer in Lubbock for small local collection routes. We provide the collection trailer. Company Truck and 28 foot cargo trailer used for DFW deliveries is provided. Experience driving large and small trailers is a must. Candidate must have a smart phone with working internet and GPS. Candidate must have a clean driving record, High School diploma or equivalent, and be able to pass a drug and background check. This position is part time, 20-30 hours per week. Position responsibilities and hours are expected to increase over time. $14/hour starting + fuel reimbursements. $15/hour + fuel reimbursement after 90 days with good performance.
