Long established, 21 year, Auto Glass Company, (Licensed Preferred Shop with SAFELITE AUTO GLASS), seeking Auto Glass Tech - EXPERIENCED PREFERRED BUT WILL TRAIN - to work with us in business at our busy car care centers located in San Diego County. Opportunity to expand into sectors of the entire Orange/LA/Riverside regions where we have locations! Must be able to to meet or exceed budgeted goals and successfully operate to a profit. Should have charisma, personality and salesmanship to interact with customers and educate them on the services we provide, normally at NO COST to customer! Therefore the person has to inform the customer of, and physically provide, windshield repair services - windshield replacements, tinting, ADAS recalibrations, key coding and more!! All of these other services - other than repairs - is handled by our staff - you only sell and make money! We need capable individuals that meets these requirements.
