Someone to help a senior with window covering project

I am a 77 year old, Army Veteran, who needs some assistance with attaching sun and heat blocking poster boards; over my bedroom windows. It involves moving my wide screen TV and using duct tape to secure the poster boards against the window. I would appreciate someone who can help with this one hour project. I live near Val Vista and Broadway. Thank you.
