We own about 20 furnished rentals and we manage all our units. We are looking to hire a part-time (maybe full time) You will be working close to our cleaning manager, operations manager and assistants. This is a long-term position if you want to grow in our company. Do not apply if you don't LOVE to clean!! Check some of our units here: www.southwestbnb.com Requirements: -Have a Smartphone (you’ll need to take pictures and submit them to 2 different Apps) -Own and reliable transportation (it’s a must) -Have cleaning supplies such as a pet vacuum, broom and provide your own cleaning products. (we don’t offer or pay for your cleaning supplies) -Be able to report damages and troubleshoot appliances (oven, microwave, etc) -Availability to work any day of the week (Saturday day off) between 11 am and 4 pm (if there’s more than 1 cleaning, you can work until 6/8 PM) -Strong attention to detail (report damages) -Strong organizational skills -Must be RELIABLE & TRUSTWORTHY -Speak, read and write in English (basic at least) -Clean background check (don't inquire if you don't have one, please) When replying to this ad, please answer the following questions 1) Cleaning experience 2) Dates worked 3) Have you ever cleaned a short-term rental? 3) What did you do 4) What zipcode do you live in now 5) Email and mobile number references and phone number (if you have) Pay There is a 4 cleaning trial period and we’ll pay you by the hour for those 4 turnovers. $12 per hour. After your trial period is over, we’ll pay you a flat fee per unit/house you clean. Pay is typically $16-20 per hour depending on how efficient you are. Flat rates after you are hired are: 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms (apartment/condo) - $50 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms (apartment/condo) - $65 3 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms (houses) - $75 4 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms - $90 These rates are averaged based on some factors such as the unit’s size, etc. After 3 months of work (not before), we will start offering bonuses if a guest leaves a good cleaning review. VERY IMPORTANT: -SAVE TIME AND DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DON’T HAVE A CLEAN BACKGROUND CHECK. -THERE WILL BE A 15 MINUTE CALL WITH ANY APPLICANTS THAT MEET THE CRITERIA. Thanks for reading. This is the simplest cleaning checklist we have for any turnover: -Send me a message to let me know the cleaning started -Knock the door before going in -Report damages (stained sheets/towel, broken things, etc) -Turn ON the AC for half-hour to make sure it's working properly. -Check all appliances are working -Clean the house -Wash used towels and sheets -Restock the house with supplies (see below) Stock the unit (there is a supply closet) -coffee -creamer -sugar and stevia -tea (6 sacks) -1 toilet paper per bathroom -1 roll of kitchen towels -couple of water bottles -2/3 laundry pods and dryer sheets (under the kitchen sink) -2/3 extra trash bags (under the kitchen sink) -dishwashing soap Pictures needed after finishing the cleaning: -Shower dispensers full -bathrooms -enough towels for the amount of guest the house can host -bedrooms -kitchen -living room -dining room with the TV on -garden (front-back yard) -entryway -supply cabinet/closet -living room -small basket with guests supplies
