Gasworks Studios is closing it's doors on July 31st. We are offering short-term rentals to artists that need a studio by the week. We have very simple terms. You can pay with Venmo, PayPal, check or cash and move in quickly. We are a well-known ultra-hip artist enclave on the cusp of Wallingford and the U-District. We are just half a block from Lake Union! Today brings a unique opportunity to snag an incredible studio in this premier Seattle art building for a few weeks. The building has 60 studios, turn of the century cedar beams and hundreds of large windows giving the location lots of charm and natural light. We have simple month-to-month agreements with no last or deposit and 24-7 access with mega-fast free internet. We have several studios available here.
