You obviously do not understand as much as you think you understand. Free voter ID is not free when the person who is being required to get it does not have the means to travel to get it, nor the means to obtain the underlying documents required to get it. There are plenty of rural ethnic minorities who fall under this predicament. Oh that's right! You guys don't want ethnic minorities voting in the first place.
