You still haven't proven id can't be obtained. If they drive to get food from the store they can get an id, if they drive to the welfare office to apply they already have an id, if they are on food stamps they have to produce an id to get them, if they drive to the doctor they can get an id, you have to produce an id at the doctors office so they already have one, if they drive to the polls to vote they can get an id. If they are going to buy alcohol, smokes they need an id. If they are going to drive a car they need an id. There are post offices in every community, id's can be obtained there for FREE. If the people you are talking about don't want to take the time or put out the effort to get an id, I would bet they are not voters in the first place. I know for sure I would not even want them voting as they probably don't know what is going on and are uninformed about issues or candidates. Just because someone has the right to vote doesn't mean they should. Notice I did not mention race, it is about legal and illegal. There are a lot of poor white people that I am sure would fit in the category you are trying to paint people in. Even if these people have to walk to get what they need they can still get an id.
