small drywall replacement project

Small drywall project. From a previous roof leak, there are the remnants of discoloration on the ceiling in 2 places: a bedroom closet ceiling, which includes a dark spot 4"x4" that could be mold and a larger area that looks like water stains and the bathroom it backs up to. The bathroom ceiling also has a partial discoloration in the corner (very small). We expect the closet (estimated) 2'x6' area to be replaced and the bathroom corner ceiling to be replaced, estimated 2'x2' section. This would be a 2-3 step project. 1st step would be to cut out the drywall and put in trash. Second step, in a week, would be to finish the job. (we need the ceiling left open for a week for something else.). house is near Garinger High School. We pay via: company check, pay pal, or zelle, upon inspection, which would not be at the same time as completion of the project. Due to covid, we would have someone go by soon after you were complete to confirm and get you paid. You would not be there when the person coming to inspect is there. You would be paid same day for services. We also have another house that needs drywall repair in two bathrooms. a ceiling 2'x2' section and a wall right behind shower head 2'x2' section. This project does not have a wait time between cut out and install. If you do trim installation, please let us know. We have a few trim projects in the second house. If you know a good paint crew, let us know. We have some touch ups needed at two of the houses and a whole house paint job coming up. Prefer that all work come from someone or a company licensed, insured, and bonded. Will consider other.
