Description
Help! I'm in the dog house until I get this thing sold! :)
The interior of this dog house is quite large (see dimensions below). This pod is very well built by a State of Idaho carpenter (now retired) with OSB glued (construction adhesive) and screwed onto a 2x2 frame on 16" centers. It can even sit atop the side rails of a pickup bed or on a trailer -- any number of applications. It is *heavy* so it's designed to be screwed or bolted together from the 7 panels. The floor measures 45-1/2" x 91". It is 49" to the peak of the roof and 37" tall on the lower sides of the roof. The door opening is 2' wide and 3' tall. There is also a 5 square inch vent on one end (what would be the pillow end) and a 14-1/2" by 14-1/2" rough opening in one of the roof panels so a standard RV-style crank-up vent/skylight can be installed over the opening.
It also comes with 3 pre-cut OSB panels to be installed later. One covers the bottom of the floor frame. One covers the inside of the back wall and one covers the inside of the front wall with the door in it (if desired). $200 or best offer as we are downsizing out of our storage shed to sell our house. I can help take it apart (just a few temporary screws in each panel) and help to load it. We can also deliver a reasonable distance with our pickup (and reassemble it) once it's paid for. This would also make an excellent playhouse, tiny camper, etc. :)
